  • Charging Safety: When charging battery packs, users should place them in fireproof containers, away from flammable materials. Charging should be done in isolated areas.
  • Limited Liability: The company is not liable for any damages caused by the use of their products.
  • Professional Handling: Buyers of Li-ion batteries must be professionals capable of handling emergencies.
  • Manufacturer’s Instructions: Users must strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging and discharging current control.
  • Child Safety: Li-ion and Polymer battery packs must be kept away from children.
  • Charger Specifications: Only use chargers specific to Lithium Polymer/Li-ion batteries. Do not use NiMH or NiCd chargers.

    • No Mixing Batteries: Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different brands.

    • Constant Observation: Never charge batteries unattended; monitor the charging process.
    • Deficient Chargers: Users are responsible for ensuring the proper function of the charger to avoid incorrect charging.
    • Emergency Response: Immediately discontinue charging if a battery shows signs of swelling, smoking, or heating. Observe in a safe place.
    • Wire Shorts: Wire lead shorts can cause fire; place the battery in a safe area for observation if a short occurs.
    • Temperature Caution: Avoid extreme temperatures during storage and charging to prevent fire.
    • No Modifications: Do not cut terminal wires, solder connections, or modify batteries.

     

    CHARGING PROCESS

    • Fireproof Charging: Charge batteries in a fireproof container, away from flammable materials.
    • Charge Rate: Do not exceed the battery’s allowed charging current; select the correct charge rate.
    • Cell Count: Charge each battery pack individually; do not charge packs in series.

    CARING FOR BATTERIES

    • Quality Charging: Charge batteries with a high-quality Lithium Polymer charger.
    • Correct Settings: Set voltage and current correctly; check cell voltage after the first charge.
    • Discharge Caution: Avoid discharging batteries below 3V per cell under load to maintain performance.
    • Puncture Risk: Exercise caution to avoid puncturing cells, as it may lead to a fire.
    • Regular Charging: Charge the battery every two months to maintain freshness.

     

    OPERATING CHARGING TEMPERATURE

    • Temperature Limits: Charge batteries within specified temperature limits to prevent damage and fire.

     

    LIFE

    • Capacity Loss: Batteries losing 20% capacity should be removed and disposed of properly. Regular inspection and replacement are recommended.

     

    PRODUCT WARRANTY

    • Limited Warranty: The product warranty is limited to that provided by the manufacturer. Refer to the manufacturer’s website for details.
    • Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, incorrect charging, and other inappropriate use are not covered under warranty.
